Do as the locals do and go to Kifissia on the metro line 1 (http://www.isap.gr/). Kifisia is currently the last station of the the train.
You can also drive through the National Road if you use your car. The main avenue that will get you there there is Kifisias Avenue which starts from the center of Athens.
